  • All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Customized or pre-order items may require additional processing time, as noted on the product page.

  • During promotional events or peak holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you.


2. Shipping Fee

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of USD 12.88 per order.

  • The shipping fee is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, and it does not vary based on the number of items or package weight.

  • Additional fees may apply for remote or special areas (such as islands, mountainous regions, or military addresses).


3. Shipping Partners

To ensure packages are delivered safely and promptly, we cooperate with multiple reliable international and regional logistics providers, including:
DHL, FedEx, UPS, SF Express, YunExpress, Hongkong Post, and TNT.
Our system automatically selects the most suitable carrier based on the shipping address.


4. Shipping Coverage

We provide worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. However, due to logistics and customs restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following countries and regions:
Sudan, South Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Somalia, Turkey, Yemen.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time after shipment is as follows (for reference only):

  • Mainland China / Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan: 4–7 business days

  • United States / Canada: 8–14 business days

  • Europe (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc.): 9–16 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Other parts of Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.): 6–12 business days

  • South America / Africa (selected regions): 15–25 business days

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

  • Customs policies vary by country. Some international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes.

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees, causing the parcel to be returned or destroyed, the loss will be borne by the buyer.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • You can track your package through the carrier’s official website or on the “Track Order” page of our store.

  • If tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.


8. Address and Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, full name, and contact information are accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly. We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.


9. Delays and Force Majeure

  • Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • We will make every effort to keep you informed, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
